Job Description
To work closely with the Operations team to ensure the quality of Operations services with the purpose of increasing the operation efficiency, employee experience, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Support the daily operations activities (resources allocation, reporting, employee engagement)
- Support and follow internal activities & events (happy hour, workshops, webinar, all-hands meeting) for various groups of people
- Support internal communication via newsletter and other communication channels
- Support coordination and meeting scheduling with various departments and follow-ups
- Other tasks to be assigned accordingly

Qualifications
- Bachelor graduate or 3rd to last year university student
- Has an interest in Branding/HR/Management field to bring people happiness and success
- Administration, and creativity tasks handling and multi-tasking skill
- Be able to use English in 4 skills, especially writing.
- Active learning mindset
- Open, flexible, and adaptability
- At least 3 months of commitment for the internship period
