JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administrative support to the team
- Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any)
- Prepare internal documents: Payment request, Stationery request
- Develop monthly sales reports, and update reports required by line manager
- Data collecting, customer research
- Processing of invoices and expenses for the team
- Booking meeting room, ordering stationery, managing team’s schedule
- Internal and customer communication
- Weekly contract and sales track
- Support data management
- Proactively take the initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- English Ielts 6.0 or relevant
- Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client’s projects and providing creative solutions to problems.
- Client service mindset.
- Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.
