Job Description
  • Sales & Customer Service Execution
    • Make phone calls to potential customers using provided leads and gather feedback on their needs regarding products and programs.
    • Schedule appointments with potential customers at the center or through online meetings.
    • Interact with potential customers through PMAX’s onsite.
    • Build trust, develop long-term relationships, and provide support to students.
    • Collaborate with the Trainers and Course Designers to ensure the best service quality for students, helping them achieve their learning goals.
  • Sales Planning
    • Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including monthly and weekly sales plan

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have
    • Having a basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
    • Presentable appearance and good voice.
    • Strong communication skills, ability to engage in conversations and build good relationships.
    • Basic English proficiency.
    • Enthusiasm in achieving sales targets and the desire to earn corresponding sales bonuses and commissions.
    • Good problem-solving skills & time management skills.
    • Great teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good to have
    • Experience in Education is a big plus
    • Experiences in Sales.
