ZaloPay was launched in 2016 with the ambition to tap into the new era of mobile-based financial services. We aim to educate Vietnamese users to acknowledge and acquire the latest tech-based payment methods that ease up the burden of having cash with you all the time.

What you will do:

Utility bill payment team is looking for an intern to handle the following tasks:

• User Survey/ User listening via multiple channels
• Market research for utility bill payment use cases (Electricity, Water, Internet, Television Cable, Education, Consumer Finance, Credit Card, Hospital, Healthcare, Toll)
• Case study research
• Supporting the team to do weekly/ monthly/ ad-hoc reports

What you will be required:

• Work full-time in a 3-month internship
• Bachelor Degree (Fresh graduate / Last- year student)
• Background in Business/ Marketing/ Finance
• Result-oriented, hard-working, and eager to learn
• Good communication and research skills
• Good at Excel and PowerPoint
