Be a successful business-development person who acquires and supports SME businesses for Zalo-based ecommerce product
- Onboard merchants: Using the data provided by lead-gen website/ merchant database/ referrals to pursue promising leads; Source & cold calls promising leads from online sources
- Troubleshoot: Answer merchants’ inquires related to the products e.g. how to create a Zalo Official Account, how to upload products, how to check buyers’ payments
- Create valued materials: Corporate with other stakeholders (Marketing, Merchant, etc.) to create materials/ content/ image/ welcome-kit to approach customers
- Growth-related initiatives: Provide administrative support for promotional campaigns e.g., request budget, export data for notification
- Current student or recent graduate, able to commit minimum 3 working days/ weeks (can combine morning/afternoon sessions e.g., 5 mornings + 1 afternoon)
- Persuasive and persistent in communication.
- Experience in e-wallet mobile app using is plus.
