- Reading, understanding Brand Guidelines, training for VM once receive new season updated
- Well understanding about floor plan, good skill of problem solving of wall system, group fixture, shopping flow, lighting, mannequin.
- Mange VM materials, fixtures, tools…
- Develop visual presentations to inscrease sales through visual impact
- Working knowledge or curent visual merchandising trends and best preactices
- Making floor layout for 6 stores in HCM, Nha Trang ( updated in 2022) for every monthly campaign and promotions ( MSS, BF, EOSS, SUPER SALE…)
- Ability to analyze sales reports. survey results, propose action plan
- Good skill of PP, Excel, Video to report to Pricipals weekly
- Prepare and execute POSM, understand materials, provide solutions and manage budget
- Coordinate with Product, Operation, Marketing and Store Leader to discuss and proceed weekly plan
- Training and develop people

- Work in store with high capactity over 20,000 pcs
- High knowledge of international fashion trends
- Experience in fashion retail minimum 2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English and good attitude
