What is the Programme?
UOB Management Associate Programme is designed to nurture our next generation of UOB leaders across the region, including: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. Through the 18-month exploration, you will learn different aspects of the business and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career in the bank.
What is your 18-month exploration?
You will start and end the UOB Management Associate Programme at the Home Division where you will receive the most intensive training. You will undergo an accelerated induction to the banking industry over 18 months. You will learn about the different aspects of banking from retail and corporate, to support functions.

What do you need to apply?
As a UOB Management Associate, you should demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, strong analytical skills, and a drive for excellence. You will also need to have:
• A minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized local or overseas university, preferrable majors in Finance & Banking, Business Administration & Management, Information Technology, etc.
• No more than 02 years of working experience
• Proficient in English
• An impressive track record in academics, leadership and co-curricular activities is an advantage.
What is the selection process?
We undertake a comprehensive, rigorous selection and assessment process to identify the best candidates for the Programme. This comprises ability tests, psychometric assessments and interviews.
