HELPDESK INTERN – HCMC OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk intern to join our MIS-ISS department and support us to achieve our goals. You will have administrative and coordinative duties in supporting for Fujitsu products warranty service and internal support for ISS team.
- Support the ISS team in daily administrative tasks;
- Data collecting and paper work;
- Document management;
- Spare parts management in warehouse

REQUIREMENTS
- Good in verbal & written English
- Proficiency in MS office

SALES SUPPORT INTERN – HCMC OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Sales Operation team in daily administrative tasks;
Prepare quotation, contracts, bidding documents and other documents as assigned
by managers
Cooperate with presales team, partners and related department to make proposal to
customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are
properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.
Corporate with marketing to gather market information when required
Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run
smoothly.
