Cộng Tác Viên Kinh Doanh/ Phát Triển Thị Trường
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Mở rộng tệp khách hàng mới (khách bán buôn/ bán sỉ/ hộ kinh doanh cá thể/ tạp hóa v…v) trong địa bàn Bình Dương/ Đồng Nai.
- Thiết lập những mối quan hệ kinh doanh với khách hàng mới bằng việc lên kế hoạch tiếp cận, viếng thăm khách hàng, giới thiệu & tư vấn dịch vụ của công ty cho khách hàng.
- Giải đáp và phản hồi nhanh các thông tin/ yêu cầu dịch vụ từ khách hàng về sản phẩm của công ty.
- Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường (Xu hướng và nhu cầu thị trường, phân tích dữ liệu, định hướng sản phẩm, khảo sát thị trường, xu hướng khách hàng, tình hình đối thủ)
- Lên kế hoạch và báo cáo công việc hàng tuần, tháng tiếp theo để đảm bảo thực hiện đúng chỉ tiêu doanh số.
- Thực hiện công việc theo chính sách và quy định của công ty.
Địa điểm: Phường An Phú, Thuận An, Bình Dương
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu (9:00 – 18:00)
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Sinh viên năm cuối/ Mới tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành phù hợp
- Đảm bảo làm việc toàn thời gian ít nhất 6 tháng
- Có smartphone, Laptop cá nhân và phương tiện di chuyển
- Đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh/ tư vấn sản phẩm là lợi thế
- Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt

Contractor, Business Development (6 Months Contract) – HCMC
Responsibilities:
-
- Develop new business leads
- Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
- Manage existing and new potential accounts
- Reactivate old users and manage retention program
- Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
- Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs

- Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
Requirements:

- College/ University diploma preferred, but open to undergraduates with positive attitudes and aspirations.
- Guaranteed to work full time for at least 6 months;
- Have a smartphone, personal laptop and transportation;
- Previous Telesales/ Business Development experience in FMCG, Logistics, Maritime, Electronics, and Tech Startups is preferred.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
- Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
Contractor, Account Management (6 Months Contract) – HCMC
Responsibilities:

- Manage customer information and build relationships after they successfully onboard;
- Collaborate with Marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns;
- Coordinate with Customer Service to handle complaints within a defined SOP;
- Coordinate with Accounting department to control customers payment process;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the business operations run smoothly;
- Track and analyze customer data to classify potential customers;
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers via phone and e-mail;
- Handle office tasks and generate weekly reports;

- Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
