I. JOB DESCRIPION
- Follow up and send orders to Suppliers;
- Handle problems arising with Suppliers such as: missing delivery, defective products, etc.
- Follow up the supplier‘s and Store‘s holiday schedule to ensure the work progress;
- Send and check updated Master information on the system;
- Send New Item information to Operation weekly;
- Collect listing fee and claim back monthly according to industry guidelines;
- Support to receive samples and other administrative procedures such as: claim sample money, contract, agreement minutes;
- Other tasks as assigned by Merchandiser.
II. REQUIREMENT:
- 3rd year or final year student
- Ability to work from 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday
- Internship duration: 4 months minimum
- Intermediate computer skill in Excel/Power Point/Mail
- Ability to work in details, careful & organization
