JOB SCOPE
- Follow up the customs clearance procedures for all current and incoming shipment.
- Support dealers in getting import documents from Customs dept.
- Collect, manage and hand over documents between PDC and MBV
- Prepare supporting documents (Oversea and local) for Payment request and raising tickets
- Check and follow up debit note before creating PR/PO
- Administrative tasks (payments, preparing meeting,…)
- Other assigned tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd or 4rd year student studying in Foreign Trade University/ Business administration or similar qualification
- Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)
- Good computer skill (MS office)
- Good planning and organization skill
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Excellent time management
- Able to work multitasking and independently
- Careful, flexible, honest and have a good cooperation in work
- Willing to work in District 9, HCMC
