JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our employer branding and internal communication initiatives under guidelines and coaching from the Head of HR:
- Assist with developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plans that engage employees and align them with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Create and manage content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, videos,
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing employer branding strategies that attract top talent to the company.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and employer branding initiatives.

FINANCE_FPA INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support manager to build/change the Budgeting process from Incremental Budgeting to Zero Budgeting with some key Departments such as IT, MKT, HR, and Operations.
- After the Budgeting season in Jul-Aug, the candidate is expected to support/build the Return on Investment template and Post Investment Review template that helps Departments proactively manage the Project costs and benefits.

FINANCE_TAX INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Checking/resolving issues of data for e-invoice issuance
- Preparing monthly tax returns (VAT, WHT), work with Finance & Accounting Team in reconciling tax related GL accounts movement and balance
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues with the project of changing VAT rate from 10% to 8%

- Receiving and marking the new listing product
- Checking product information with the supplier
- Dealing entry with Data entry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working closely with the IT development team and third parties to design, test, validating, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
- Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, and system/application design
- Involved in the projects or other tasks assigned by the line manager
- Support Project manager / IT head follow up on IT procurement process
