Responsibilities
o Assist in People & Organizational Development projects/activities: English Club, Technology Club, Talent Programs, Leadership programs, company trainings, and other HR initiatives.
o Prepare materials and related reports for monthly/quarterly HR workshops and activities
o Assist in scheduling training plans, follow-up with participants
o Update, create events on the company’s learning and internal platforms
o In charge of training records on the Learning platform
o Assist in employee feedback and do required analyses
o Provide responses to employee’s inquiries on related matters
o Other duties assigned by line manager
Requirements:
o Last year student or fresh graduate who wants to learn and grow in the HR field.
o Can join the internship full time for 6 months or 1 year
o Careful, customer-oriented, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn.
o Logical thinking and ability to implement
o Good at communication & problem-solving skills.
o Good command of English.

Work hour
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 and one Saturday morning per month
