Job Description
- Supporting for content maintenance (non-technical) of Bosch Rexroth website & internal News Website
- Organizing of marketing events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting…), promotional
- Translating and writing PR articles for external magazines & brochures
- Following guideline to design for marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure,…) & manage POSMs stock
- Assisting in preparation of presentations/reports/events
- Digital: YouTube/Facebook/LinkedIn (content marketing)/Newsletter/SEO
- Video production: pre-production, filming and editing
Qualifications
- Can work full-time for 06 months
- No working experiences required, although students with experience in marketing/communication are preferred
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Design skills are mandatory (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, InDesign)
- Experienced with Google Analytics, Hubspot would be a plus
- Personal skills, Time Management skills, Task Management skills
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Eyes for details and good organization skills
- High sense of discipline and confidentiality
- Ability to work under high-pressure and meet short deadlines
- Regular working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
