JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and check the accuracy, validity, and unification of shipping documents
- Receive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for E-customs declaration
- Receive Delivery Notice from customs broker, send documents to Warehouse for Goods Receipt processing
- Make Payment Requisition for customs broker/forwarder
- Prepare, submit to sign, stamp document, and return to the customs broker
- Input data into Report
- Transfer documents to Accountant Dept (CTG) and file documents into Folder
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd or 4th-year students with a major in Supply chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade
- Have knowledge of import-export business, logistics
- No professional experience is required but an experienced trainee in a logistics job is an advantage
- Willing to work full-time during the 6-month internship period
- Eloquent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong coordination, communication skills, and eyes for detail
