Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating the development of an entry training program for new employees (awareness training, skills, attitudes)
- Coordinating in building trainee capacity training project
- Coordinate staff capacity assessment
- Other responsibilities assigned by People & Culture Manager
Requirements:
- For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students that can spend a lot of time on this work
- Passionate about learning & development, people and culture
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
- Eager to learn, Be friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
