JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Understand project requirements and identify test requirements
• Plan and estimate testing activities and create test cases
• Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases
• Report and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
• Flexible to discuss the new ideas with Product Operator and Technical team
• Communicate issues to the project manager in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Technical leaders and product team to provide feedback and guidance to set the
test strategies
• Support development team to reproduce the bugs, improve user experience
• Directly communicate issues and do demos to clients
• Handle multiple assignments concurrently
• Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on time and with high quality

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related (at least 1-year experience)
• Experience in testing web application and mobile testing on several browsers and mobile
platforms.
• Software Testing: Regression, User Acception testing, Function Acception testing…
• Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans, test case
• Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/ problem
• Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverable
• Effectively manage time and individually prioritize assignments
• Familiar with Agile development process, esp. Scrum framework
• Ability to use task management tools, e.g. Trello, Jira, Youtrack…
• RESTful know-how with tooling support, e.g. Postman, Charles
• Basic knowledge of UX is a plus
