JOB DESCRIPTION:
1, SUMMARY:
Responsible for brand consumer and ethical digital strategy and execution.
- Reporting directly to: Associate Marketing Director – Brand Lead
- High frequency of interaction: Digital & Media Agency, CMM, Trade, Regulatory, OEC
- Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM
2, CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop consumer and ethical strategy digital marketing strong for the brand with brand lead, brainstorm new and creative ways to better engage with consumers. Develop brand digital marketing plan.
- Lead brand digital campaign. Manage external agencies on creative, production, and deployment ensuring quality delivery and timely execution
- Manage agencies to develop and deploy always on digital content to build brand WOM, maintain brand social media presence. Manage brand site, social media page, and EC pages for optimal consumer experience.
- Develop and deploy consumer journey and insight based automated marketing campaigns via Saleforce.com. Collaborate with CRM to convert lead into purchase and retention
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Keep abreast of the market dynamics, competition, products, and current research. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner
- Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures
- Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
- Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, upwards and downwards
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3-4 years related digital marketing experience in FMCG/Technology/Health Care industry or digital agencies serving these industries
- Prefer background
CORE SKILL REQUIREMENT
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
- Experience with saleforce.com an asset; experience with customer loyalty program a plus

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- University/post-University Degree
