JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage (create, edit, clean, store. ) customer master data
- Manage product-related data for sales orders, shipping, billing, invoicing, and promotion sets for goods and services.
- Follow the set of relevant procedures to ensure compliance and segregation of duties. Contribute to the improvement of these processes.
- Train the stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Packaging, Demand planner, Customer service…) for best practices, and procedures related to SD.
- Testing new SAP functions
- Support team’s daily operation and system error fixing
- Facilitate projects for Optimizations and Automation
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales & Distribution SAP using experience
- Experience with business analysis and up-to-date with new analysis methods.
- Advanced excel, macro
- Familiar with Low Code platforms.
- Confidence in working with complex data and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in automation projects relating to Supply Chain
- Good English
