Rresponsibilities: 

  • Processing order: Internal and Dealer
  • Working closely with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Making daily reports (Price, Sell out, Stock, etc…)
  • Checking information about the implementation of Sales Promotion and marketing program on the dealer website and at the Store
  • Getting information and raising code for new shop and warehouse of dealer on system
  • Following new models launching: Spec, Image, document, display deal… with MKT team and send to dealer
  • Following and ensuring the display plan
  • Weekly AR Report and manage overdue debt-chasing
  • Be a bridge to receive information between dealers and other departments of the company
  • Others related tasks

 Requirements: 

  • University graduated
  • Freshers with related intern experience are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…)
  • English for working
  • Good communication and teamwork skill
  • Understanding of sales
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Hands-on experience in SAP, Power BI software is a plus
  • Be willing to sign a temporary contract (10 months) and start working in September
