RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and remind team members of the required deadlines
- Follow up the outstanding Independence learnings and confirmations
- Support the tasks for the Independence & risk management testings
- Arrange meetings with the respective service lines
- Reconcile, check, and process invoice payments for Invoices
- Provide technical consultant on compliance with firm and local regulations for different service lines
REQUIREMENTS
- Manage expectations from different service lines within the expected time line with a professional working style;
- Have good communication skills (oral and written), strong interpersonal and presentation skills interacting with different service lines
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and logical thinking;
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly when required
- Be good at Microsoft office, and English.
- Able to work independently and timely under instruction
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (eg. Economics, Accounting, Auditing)
- Minimum of 1 year in professional services/ corporate environment
- Relevant work experience in the compliance function or internal process audits in the Big 4 would be viewed as an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral;
