JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Align detailed project schedule to all suppliers/GC and oversees project timeline. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed
- Consolidates, communicates and manages all issues and risks affecting the project. Communicates project status to SDC and stakeholders accurately and on time
- Develops BOQ and cost estimates, consistent and monitors project costs to ensure projects are completed on budget
- Recommend best practices within the team, share construction methodology/quality learnings
- Contribute to maintain target average cost per square meter to $453/sq’m
- Contribute to maintain Average CAPEX per store to $81k
- Contribute to reduce number of construction defects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Project Management or any Construction related field in Vietnam
- PMI / PMP Certified is an advantage
- 2-3 years of Experience in Retail, hospitality or restaurant project supervision and preparing cost estimates
- Experience managing suppliers and contractors
- Experience on Bidding and negotiations
- Experience in BOQ and cost estimation
- Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction systems
- Above average skills on understanding both Architectural and MEP drawings
- Above average skills on extracting quantity of materials from the drawings
