- All content & visual from all ULV categories are available onsite for all customers.
- Launch the process for Omni portfolio update.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION:
Omni
- Consolidate the guideline from 15 Omni customers in one singe source
- Manage Omni portfolio with ucode, barcode, and product link
- Manage 7OA of Omni in one single source, PIC should consolidate and store consistently in one place
- Keep 7OA always up to date & Handle all requests from customers about updating 7OA
- Manage deploying and auditing 7OA on time in full
eCom
- Ensure U-studio follow 100% guideline by auditing content on Kwery and visual on TAB
- After 7OA meet all requirements, send 7OA template to customers and ensure customer deploy in full on time
- Auditing 7OA once a week to ensure 7OA up to date
KPI – MEASUREMENT
- Deliver 100% 7OA accuracy to customers for current eCom & Omni portfolio (at least ~300 SKU for each customers)
- PSO porfolio update is on time in full
- Auditing 7OA and follow up workstream with customer
