Responsibility:
This role’s scope of work will 80% focus on standardizing BAEMIN rider image as well as ensuring BAEMIN delivery service quality which may include:

  • Participate in building the Riders’ Code of conduct
  • Monitor operations to detect issues/problems related to rider quality
  • Recommend adjustments and cooperate with other teams to address rider quality problems
  • In charge of delivery service benchmarking projects as well as providing improvement initiatives

20% SOW will be monitoring service quality/productivity of internal teams in the Logistics department to provide recommended solutions

Requirements:
Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience:
    • 2 years in equivalent positions
  • Skills/ Knowledge:
    • Good knowledge of Quality Control/Quality Assurance
    • Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
    • Good communication & problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking
    • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
    • Experience with data management and analysis is an advantage
  • Attitude:
