Responsibility:
This role’s scope of work will 80% focus on standardizing BAEMIN rider image as well as ensuring BAEMIN delivery service quality which may include:
- Participate in building the Riders’ Code of conduct
- Monitor operations to detect issues/problems related to rider quality
- Recommend adjustments and cooperate with other teams to address rider quality problems
- In charge of delivery service benchmarking projects as well as providing improvement initiatives
20% SOW will be monitoring service quality/productivity of internal teams in the Logistics department to provide recommended solutions
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience:
- 2 years in equivalent positions
- Skills/ Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Good communication & problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with data management and analysis is an advantage
