Job Description
You will be responsible for keeping the books correct and updated according to the H&M Group rules and local regulation. Working together with the Accounting Manager and team in a professional and efficient manner according to H&M values.Bookkeeping
- Keep the books correct, up to date and according to legal obligations regarding national law and regulations
- Make sure routines are followed and that the books are closed on time
- Carry out monthly and yearly cuts, bank/credit card/gift card/balance reconciliation, accounts receivable, e-invoices, POS transactions
- Initiate and carry out general ledger bookings
- Work in accordance with VAT
- Cash Management
Colleagues
- Develop yourself in accordance with feedback from manager and team members through ongoing trainings, learning on the job and self study initiatives
- Train colleagues when needed including explanation and follow up of accounting and administrative routines with other functions

Qualifications
- Degree and/or experience in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certificate
- Strong with figures and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office application, especially Excel and accounting software, especially SAP
- Growth mindset, always seeking opportunities to upskill yourself
- Naturally collaborative, customer and people centric
- Flexible and adaptable to change and is able to handle push back in a professional manner to stakeholders in high pressure situations.
