Position 1: Process & Equipment Engineering Intern
Quantity: 10
Responsibilities:
- Install, qualify and put into operation the equipment and process.
- Implement the process control systems and monitoring the process to detect signals and maintain it within
control, so no safety or quality incident occur, and performance targets are met. Monitor equipment and
process indicators to reduce process variability.
- Define maintenance procedures, training manufacturing technicians and partnering with Manufacturing to
maintain the equipment with the highest standards. Will use High Precision Maintenance methods to
execute and improve preventive maintenance of the equipment. Provide basic and advanced support for
troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment including corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate, implement and develop equipment and process improvements in regard to safety, quality and
efficiency. Will use lean rules, principle and methods to determine improvement opportunities and develop
solutions. Will resolve process problems by applying structured problem methodologies (Model Based
Problem Solving, Lean and Statistics).Page 2 of 3
- Module critical success indicators and collaborating with other engineering functions in Mfg. process and
systems improvements. Owns processing or handling equipment specification.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of programing languages (C/C#/C++; Java, SQL, Visual Basic, Python)
- Knowledge on design mechanical part
- Knowledge about LEAN or 5S is an advantage
Position 2: Data Analyst Intern (Support Training project for Asset compliance)

Responsibilities:
- Support the project of recording trainings in internal systems
- Support the designing & sustaining of SharePoint for Site asset compliance including the internal indicator
dashboard
- Support Site asset compliance awareness and training campaign with researching, writing, developing draft
of marketing/communication, may develop and coordinate multimedia packages-newsletters, letters,
brochures, video, bulletin board communication
- Other related tasks
Requirement:
- Third or last year student (Engineering Degree) in IT, Industrial Engineer, Electronics, and other related
majors, (ideally with at least 6 months until graduation at the joining date)
- Desire to work with data & system, good skill on data analysis & system development
- Have experience in organizing events is plus
- Knowledge of Photoshop & knowledge of any programming language is a plus
- Be able to work at least 3 days/ week in 6-month internship
- Good English communication skills
Position 3 Manufacturing Intern

- Support engineer in indirect material (IDM) replenishment aligned with loading & execution strategy
- Support engineer in managing IDM inventory an IDM Cost Forecast/Spending
Qualifications
- Third or last year student of bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical
Engineer. Prefer Industrial engineering/management background. (ideally with at least 6 months until
graduation at the joining date)
- Good verbal, written, and communication skill in English
- Strong integrity & discipline in dealing with issues
- Can work at least 3 days/week in 6-month internship
Position 4: Headcount Planning Intern
Quantity: 2
Responsibilities:
- Support to measure time run from tool/ process from manufacturing teams
- Manage human resource allocation for each module/ tool or production line
- Support with the planning on headcount and training arrangement of new hires for production
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Third or last year student (Engineering Degree) in Industrial Engineer/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical
Engineering or related majors (ideally with at least 6 months until graduation at the joining date)
- Be able to work at least 3 days/ week (Mon to Fri) in 6-month internship
- Good English communication skills
- Desire to work with data (Knowledge of Excel, VBA, others programming language is a plus)
- Learnt about observation and production process in university
- Have experience direct observation all activities of technician in production line/ LEAN is a plus
