Job description:
- Manage existing products in the Beverages category in terms of Brand and Product management including:
- Make and execute mid-term or yearly Marketing plans;
- Define and implement communication programs designed to build equity of the in-charge brand;
- Monitor Marketing expenses, uncover insights and recommendations for the business;
- Be accountable for analyzing data and delivering growth in sales, profit, and brand equity targets under the manager’s direction;
- Design and manage market research or survey;
- Manage the communication development process starting with insight leading to differentiated competitive positioning and manage agency relationships;
- Lead development and execution of business plans through interaction with related departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related major;
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge about Marketing and New product development;
- Strong understanding of core marketing concepts, 3C, 4P, ATL – BTL;
- Experience in research engines, IoT, Photoshop, and digital/social marketing;
- Consumer-driven, open-minded, and strategic mindset;
- Communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills;
- At least 4 years experience in Brand building and managing, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market Research, Advertising;
- FMCG experience is a priority.
