– Plan, Execute & Manage MKT activities (Promotional campaign, Booth event, Content/ Email marketing, Social seeding, …).
– Cooperate with other biz departments or Work directly with Vendors to acquire more leads.
– Manage digital leads (overall performance, drop-off supporting).
– Research, Make initial evaluation, Give recommendations with related departments (product owners, operation team, biz departments) in order to:
+ Build new or Enhance programs/ products (Consumer Loan, Credit Card, Insurance).
+ Ensure smooth process for pricing scheme, products/programs.
+ Keep related departments be updated & aware of issues arising in biz operation.
+ Generate more sales opportunities & execute.
– Prepare sales materials & Communicate to related teams in SCMC.
– Conduct activities to motivate sales (sales contest, workshop, training, …).
– Conduct biz analysis report (market, competitors, financial, sales & recommendation).
– Design Sales materials (Poster, Leaflet, Standee, Banner…) and Cooperate with SD Team to ensure the consistency in branding.
– Manage gift warehouse.
– Reconcile, Payment & Report.
Experience (in Finance & Banking industry is preferred):
– Business Development.
– Marketing or Product Development is a plus.
– Writing (document presentation, advertising content).
– Presentation (slide composing, presenting).
– Design & Analysis.
– Partnership relation.
– Good English.
– Digital Marketing is a plus.
