Our Sales and Marketing department is seeking a motivated Research Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving execution and informed decisions that will shape the trajectory of our sales and marketing strategies.
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented research analyst to join our team and assist in improving the business operations and decision-making of our business. The research analyst’s responsibilities include researching, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to produce powerful insights to data driven decision-making to propel the business toward its objectives.

- Conduct comprehensive research utilizing diverse sources such as market databases, industry reports, and online repositories.
- Gather, systematize, and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights pertinent to our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain organized databases, spreadsheets, and tools to efficiently manage and track research data.
- Contribute to the design and execution of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Craft thorough reports, presentations, and summaries that effectively communicate research discoveries to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to provide timely insights.
- Assist in creating predictive models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience as a Research Analyst with 1-3 years of involvement, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Professional working experience in Cybersecurity or Software Development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, or similar software.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to construct visually impactful presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex insights for diverse range audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple projects autonomously.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying research opportunities.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and familiarity with industry-specific databases and resources. Enthusiasm for staying current with industry and business trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
