JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Scopes

• Demand – planning: Doing department supply chain processes to optimize purchase activities follow company regulation and compliance
• Purchasing (718P HY): Coordinate with SOM, sales, and internal functions to ensure customer on-time delivery confirmation
• Logistics management: Carry out consolidation manage and reduce logistic cost and transportation including quality management claim process
• SAP MM key user performance
• Enable export control, logistics return, and temporary import/export

2. Responsibilities

• Customer demand planning and on-time delivery management
• Perform ordering/ acknowledgement process on EDI and manual PO, SO
• Vendor management complies with SCM systematic processes
• Coordinate with OSD4 to handle LSP claim, damage, lost issue…
• Contact vendor for warranty, wrong part, missing part, goods quality issue…
• Handle logistics return and temporary import/ export support
• Maintain and update material master data, MDR expert key-user
• Responsible to maintain purchasing info-record, T/P, costing, and TR table …
• Well organize and keep record compliance document filing and reports…

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience
• Good at both spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS. Office
• Understand international trading basic, import-export, incoterm
• Understand the principle of the ordering process, good at data analysis
• SAP experience in the MM module is a plus
• Customer and detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines
• Able to handle multiple tasks, strong team player
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
