Job Description
► Supporting training organization
► Training administration (financial part, report analysis, quality checks)
► Supporting the organization of language classes for employees
► Supporting the Onboarding process for new hires
► Supporting the organization of Special Events for employees
► Material ordering management for Learning & Development needs
► Maintaining information regarding L&D topics on internal channels
► Creating internal communication regarding L&D
► Creating reports regarding L&D topics and data maintenance
► Participation in the Continuous Improvement Process for the HR Department
Qualifications
► Last academic year or recent graduate (preferably in social or organizational sciences or similar disciplines)
► Business proficiency in English language
► Eligibility to work 40 hours per week
► Basic understanding of overall HR processes
► Internship done within HR, or similar previous practical experience (preferred, but not required)
► Charismatic team player, with eagerness to learn and further develop within the HR area
