6-month Internship
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage the staff profile in both hard and soft copy (e.g. labor contract, contract renewal confirmation, new joiner and leaver profiles…..)
– Manage the new comer form and update staff database, staff directory
– Manage and deliver the insurance cards to staff timely.
– Support to hand over the labor contract to staff , social insurance book and related documents to the leaver.
– Support for administrative tasks in HR department.
– Other tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Fresh graduated or 4th-year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
– Interest in HR, especially C&B
– Available for six-month full time internship
– Proficient in MS Office
– Ability to poise in handling highly confidential information
– Good at organizational skill, attention to details
– Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
– Hard-working, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
