JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be responsible for supporting HRBP and TAs daily work, such as headhunter management, recruiting channels management & talent mapping and sourcing etc.
- Support the recruiting work, including learning position demands, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews etc.
- Be responsible for communicating Human Resources policies across the T&S Vietnam.
- Have the opportunity to participate in the end-to-end recruitment.
- Support other HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
– A background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
– Available for at least 4 days per week or more, ideally can do 6 months.
– Highly proficient in English.
– Eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
– Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
– Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
– Good communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail.
– Responsible and positive work attitude with ability to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
