Job description
The IT Help Desk Officer will be working with our team, the 911, to provide both local and global support for the Group. The IT Helpdesk department offers support to all our internal users on all our IT services, namely the various applications that we develop as well as network, system, messaging, unified communication, etc. In other words, you will:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide local and remote support to Internal Mantu Employees (Staff & Consultant) regarding tickets created
- Configure IT Equipment (PCs /Laptops/IP Phones), installs Windows /Office packages
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process
Our ideal candidate:
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in Help/Service desk, General IT Support, Troubleshooting or similar positions
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Information Technology/Networking or any similar field
- You have good communication skills, are customer-focused, and can work under pressure
- Fluency in English (French or any other language would be an added value)
- You have worked with ticketing systems, Windows Server, Active Directory or Exchange are appreciated
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and international environment
