The G1000 Management Trainee Program in Vietnam is a tailored training program in 24 months, targeting graduates and young professionals to prepare the next generation of leaders in Logistics 4.0.

II. DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
o Phase 1 (the first 12 months): focus on learning and working in two core departments: Transport and Warehouse under Operations Department.
o Phase 2: (last 12 months) You will be assigned the role as Warehouse Team Leader/ Warehouse Supervisor to provide additional knowledge, as well as leadership skill.
After graduating from the program, you have the opportunity to become a key role in management team of Operations department or move to supporting functions such as: Business Development; Key Account Management, Solution Design, Project Management, Operations Excellence.
