Employer Branding (70%)

• Develop and drives the employer brand strategy ensuring alignment with the recruitment and overall business strategy
• Content creation, image building, company communication campaigns on social channels such as the website; company’s communication channels: Facebook, LinkedIn,… to attract potential candidates
• Continuously review past projects for improvement, provide feedback on these results to stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Talent Acquisition (30%)

• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
• Full cycle recruitment & selection process
• Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including initial phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and administration of testing materials

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field
• 2-4 years working as EB&TA, another related background is considerable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in content creation on social media channels
• Excellent communication, event organizing, and time management
• Fast learner, hardworking, open to challenges
