This position leads the digital marketing efforts to drive awareness and sales for Highlands Coffee campaigns running across third-party (3P) digital channels, including but not limited to, aggregator platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, payment platforms…

Aggregators – drive awareness and sales around promotional campaigns on third party aggregator platforms (eg, Now, Grab, Baemin, GoJek).

Marketplaces – drive awareness and sales around promotional campaigns on third party ecommerce platforms.

Other Channels – drive awareness and sales around promotional campaigns on third party payment, social and affiliate platforms.

Insights – provide timely, high quality insights, reports, analysis and recommendations to optimize digital marketing effectiveness.

Processes & Practices – document and implement effective digital performance marketing and media best practices.


Education/ Training Qualifications:
  • BA Degree in Marketing or related business degree required.


  • Minimum 2 year experience working with foodservice aggregator platforms (Now, Grab, Gojek, Baemin, etc).
  • Prefer to have experience in expanding online sales channels with other third parties: Fintech, Delivery, E-retailers…
  • Strong in operations and have experience in leading deals with outside partners and execute campaigns to drive online sales.


Knowledge of:
  • Aggregator sales and advertising platforms (Grab, GoJek, Baemin, Now, etc).
  • Ecommerce, Social Commerce, Omnichannel Commerce.


Skills (Ability to):
  • Ability to deal with 3rd parties to maximise sales and profits for online sales channels.
  • Digital media analytics, reporting, dashboards and software. Ability to direct internal data analyst resources.
  • Strong critical thinking, presentation and decision-making skills.
  • Strong Vietnamese & English language skills.
  • Results focused – ability to deliver in high pressure environment.
  • Agile and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
