In your role, you will support Digital Performance Manager in executing social marketing activities. This role will focus on both quantity and quality of content which will be planned and scheduled on Fanpage / Website / Mobile App,… to drive reach, engagement, traffic, sales volumes on mobile apps & websites.
Function 1. Social Media
- Has experience in content marketing to increase brand awareness and sales such as social media, inbound marketing on Fanpage, Website / Mobile App / PR &Article?
- Writing multiple content for campaigns to increase daily users / reach, sales via content tactics, and activities.
- Analyze insight, and data to find out key point that help to improve campaign performance through content activities.
Function 2. Comnunication:
- Build and develop a community that adapts customer insight at GO! & Big C via Facebook Group, Youtube, Tiktok,…
- Cooperate with Agencies/Third parties to run and optimize for communication campaigns
Function 3. Reporting:
- Keep track of all customer insight, customer behavior, and content activities.
- Social and Communication report.
Other tasks:
- Sourcing and managing agencies relating to content marketing such as (Video, Banner, and Brief……)
- Processing administration tasks relating to Content Marketing (Contracts, Payment…)
- Have experience with Content/CMS tools are Fanpage Tools / WordPress / Website Admin,…

Functional knowledge & experience:
– At least 01-02 years of experience in Social Media and Communication.
– Good analysis skills
– Sales & Performance oriented
Functional skill:
– Efficiency
– Good communication (listening, negotiation and presentation abilities)
Managerial & Other skill:
– Organizational skills and ability to work well with other departments
– The candidate must be rigorous, can take initiatives.
– Ability to work under pressure.
