Responsibilities
- User Strategy
- Coordinate research efforts to gain relevant understanding and insights of users in food delivery market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize research studies.
- Analyze user data to provide insights that can lead to strategic initiatives.
- Present user analyses and user knowledge in a formal report.
- Other related operation duties are assigned by the supervisor.
- Loyalty Programs
- Support in the implementation and operation of the loyalty program.
- Conduct research to synthesize best practices of loyalty programs in related markets.
Qualifications
- Third-year or final-year students in business-related or marketing-related fields
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex ideas in a concise manner (in both Vietnamese and English)
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Expect to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and expand knowledge
- Open-minded
