JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Principal Accountabilities

Privacy Training Program & Content Library

• Work with Lines of Businesses to confirm, arrange the sessions accordingly.
• Build up a training content library for future use of privacy training.
• Design more activities to make our training more engaged and effective.

Centralize the international standards in line with HSBC privacy practices, under DPO’s instructions

• Consolidate the practical guidance under international practices for a reference.
• Summarize key precedence and material fines that are related to HSBC strategic privacy approach.

Privacy communications/ news/ updates

• Maintain a library of privacy good practices/ story to present to Lines of Business, where appropriate.
• Draft the updates on privacy developments, market intelligence.
• Work with the Communication Team on the privacy programs and news.

Documentation Support & Privacy Talks

• Translate the privacy documentation from EN to VN and vice versa.
• Plan and coordinate with external/ internal speakers in terms of privacy talks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Students from Universities/Educational Institutions who have not graduated yet and desire for a 6-9 month internship.
• Ability to intern full-time is a plus.
• Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from Universities/Institutions.
• Laws, Business management background is a plus.
• Good skill at Excel, PowerPoint.
