Get to know the role:

The Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for assisting Corporate Communications Lead in implementing corporate communications strategies and corresponding activities that align, engage and connect all relevant stakeholders to support business objectives and priorities.

Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Communications:

  • Partner closely with the Corporate Communications Lead, to design and execute internal communications for corporate programs and cross-functional projects in a way that engages employees and builds awareness and drives action to support business objectives and priorities.
  • Work intensively with other departments and teams to collect insights and data to create compelling stories for internal communications productions in various forms, including news articles, video, photo story, etc.
  • Deliver inspiring leadership communications, including executive emails, interviews, speeches, and other assignments, at a high level of proficiency.
  • Support internal ambassador schemes and programs to help all employees understand the roles they play in supporting the business.
  • Develop and update corporate assets, including corporate storyline, leaflet, photoshoot, video, website, sustainability report, etc, to build a clear and consistent corporate reputation.

2. Corporate Events:

  • Develop and implement CSR and purpose-driven events, such as community day, blood donation, charity fair or auction program, among employees and other relevant stakeholders and partners, to support corporate sustainability agenda and influence other departments.
  • Co-plan, co-facilitate and co-execute all corporate events for internal employees, such as Town Hall, Company Trip, and Year End Meeting, to keep employees informed and connected in virtual, physical and hybrid formats.
  • Support Corporate Communications Lead to conduct public branding and corporate events and initiatives, such as fonts exhibition, gallery, or concert to strengthen BAEMIN’s position.

3. Other tasks assigned by Supervisors:

  • Admin tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

  • Internal communications experience is highly appreciated (1 – 2 years), preferably within a complex, fast-moving organization; other experience with similar skill sets and approach can be considered.

2. Skills/ Knowledge: 

  • A creative writer, careful and thorough editor and proof-reader, you will need to convey large amounts of information quickly and concisely for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker, with right judgement, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • A friendly networker who can sympathetically work with different types of people and establish a relationship of trust at all levels.
  • Proven experience of collaborating and influencing other people.
  • You will need to see a bigger picture behind every story and be able to translate it to relevant and engaging content for multi-stakeholders.
