IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a Communication & People and Culture intern working in Communication Team.
Scope of assignment
As communication and people & culture intern, you will support the planning, management,
administration and execution of different events and projects in Purchasing & Logistics Area South
East Asia (PLASEA) that deliver to Employer Branding initiatives.
Key deliverables
- Complete a digital skills matrix accessible to all PLASEA co-workers, with the possibility to scale up outside of South East Asia. (Project already started; needs to be completed)
- Create a co-worker experience map for PLASEA, which includes all of the communication touchpoints and channels a co-worker has with IKEA.
- This journey starts when a potential coworker applies for a position at IKEA and ends with their last day of employment.
- Update all existing People & Culture communication templates to align with Employer Branding guidelines
- Further develop and finalize the plan for the execution of Employer Branding photography in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
- Contribute to planning and executing PLASEA events (monthly meetings, celebrations, etc.)
Key requirements
- Curious and creative individuals who are comfortable working in a flat organization.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and programs.
- Comfortable taking initiatives and working proactively.
