- Proficient in Clearance procedure to support customers’ demands effectively.
- Receive customers’ request to explain and consult the solution to their problems of the shipments.
- Always to support the special cases regards to shipments within clearance session.
- University graduated, major in International Business/Economics/Law, Logistics, Export-Import and related fields.
- Experienced (Clearance Support/ Customer Service,…)
- Good solving problem skills
- Good English communication
- Microsoft Office skills, Email, Outlook,…
WORKING HOUR: 8h – 17h (Mon – Fri); 8h – 12h (Sat).
