Responsibilities:
- Assists with administrative support for the HR Leads and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with staff onboarding, immigration paperwork and processes.
- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues.
- Professionally deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.

- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
- Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across APAC
- Proficient and excellent communication skills in English, to be able to work with stakeholders locally and overseas.
- Speaking Vietnamese language is a must have as the role will liaise with external stakeholders, vendors such as Immigration department, government bodies etc.
Preferred requirements:
- 2+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience.
- Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding).
- Able to start work immediately.
- Resourceful, meticulous and a good team player with excellent communication, human relations and organisational skills
