JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Payroll (40%)
- Involved in full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation and reporting. To ensure payroll is processed timely & accurately
- Be responsible for SHUI & PIT (included PIT finalization)
- Be responsible for managing other processes related to employees’ payroll such as newcomers, rotation, resignation, etc
2. System Management (50%)
- Be in charge of payroll & HR System
- To ensure data is accuracy, clean & timely updated.
- Be in charge of yearly performance appraisal via system management
3. Other relevant tasks (10%):
- Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BA degree in relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in payroll, preferably working for multi-national company with large database
- Knowledge of Labor law & regulations, SHUI & PIT
- Experience in system management and interacting with systems
- Good command of English, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good at numerical & analytical skills
- Attention to details with high accuracy
