Roles & Responsibilities:
– Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
– Perform research and analysis in support of operations.
– Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data.
– Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects among the electronics category and other teams in TikTok Shop.
– May perform additional projects/ ad-hoc work upon request
Qualifications
– Actively enrolled university student able to commit at least 3 months, preferrably in the Business Administration or related major.
– Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Must have experience with teamwork or projects at school.
– Proactive, growth mindset and willing to learn.
– Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
– Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
