Responsible in the development of outsourcing and staffing business by offering the best and practical solutions to the clients, understanding client’s needs and how value can be added to all clients. Ensure long term relationships with clients through the provision of outstanding services in order to the required financial outcomes.

Business development
• Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow Manpower business
• Direct business development activities including identifying strategic business accounts; participating in global / regional / national tender bids, making presentation and sales visits, sharing client information with other areas and doing cross selling activities
• Develop effective relationships with major clients to achieve organizational growth objectives
• Maintain networking activities and represent the organization at local conventions, seminars and official occasions, and liaise with other organizations (e.g. customers, industry associations and government representatives)
• Keep update with market growth, trends, competitors and related service for the best branding of organization brands
Client Management
• Work with clients to develop and implement cost propose/ cost saving / process efficiencies
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the major clients and support the area, through promotions and face-to-face visits
• In collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and Operation Managers to implement and maintain account management strategies, which include: call cycle as per business requirements and effective and reliable process for the sharing of client business intelligence
• Strictly cooperate with consultants and team leaders in service ability for the best service delivery
• Manage Expenses and corrective actions to achieve annual target and progress towards achievement of the business plan
• Cooperate with marketing team to arrange sales activities
• Cooperate with team members on manage and improve the social channels, fan page, seminar…
• Participate in delivering some key projects with Regional Sales Manager

• Look for young talents, either fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in sales and consultation
• At least Bachelor Degree in related field
• Excellent in English in written and verbal communication, especially negotiation skill
