JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Brand management – assist department to implement marketing activities, catalogues, marketing communication material, price-list, promotions.
- Stock management – forecast/keep track/ coordinate with DM to assure BE products stock availability.
- Monthly reports – to analysis sales results by months, sales reps, regions, classification of customers, segments, channels.
- Media support – manage and update products info (almanac, image, video) to internal and external partners.
- Others tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th year student majoring in Business Administrations or others related, can work full time 06 months.
- Good MS office skills especially Excel, PowerPoint. Photoshop & Movie Maker app (optional). Good English skills (oral & written).
- 01 year experience at the same job or internship at the same position for international company.
- Good administration and problem solving skills, future focused, result oriented.
- Hard working, willing to work under pressure, good team working spirit.
- Sociable and flexible to working environment.
