Job information: 

  1. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant up to Senior Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in recruitment and developing your own client base within one of our specialized desks (Technology, Industrial, Professional, Health or Consumer Goods)
  2. You will build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching your activity and revenue targets
  3. You will be head-hunting candidates for our prestigious client base (multinationals and large companies)
  4. You will manage complete recruitment process together with your clients
  5. You will assess each candidate’s suitability through thorough pre-screening and in depth interviewing before proposing them to clients
  6. You are involved in salary negotiations and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate.

 

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 0 -2 years work experience, with at least 6 months in a sales function or people service. 
  2. A confident, target driven individual with high level of energy and ambition and a positive can-do attitude
  3. Good networking and communication skills and a strong interest in people
  4. Good in both spoken and written English
  5. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree 
  6. Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
  7. Experience of living, studying or working aboard is an advantage.
