JOB DESCRIPTIONS
SPX with a total asset value of up to several hundred billion vnd and many different types of assets. To be able to manage and monitor the existence as well as the reasonableness for the appearance of assets at SPX the Asset Management Team was established with the mission “Ensure Capex are within budget or less and assets are effectively distributed and accounted for”
Key Responsibilities
- Statistics and monitoring of all assets of the company
- Receive data on import and export of items from Admin dept
- Receive inventory monthly report of branches
- Reconciling data between reports of branches with book data
- Explain the difference between a report of branches with book data if any
- Random audit inventory at branches
- Responsible for controlling and supervising to ensure that the data related to assets in all branches are accurate.
- Asset cost control and budgeting
- Analysis and calculation amount to all items to use for the next month – build norm based on ADO
- Based on the norm checking reasonableness of all requested purchases of the branches
- Approve requests from branches
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related majors
- Minimum 1 year of experience relevant external experience
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Have a high sense of discipline and a serious attitude at work
- Able to travel for work is compulsory
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
